I am a professional Resume and Freelance writer living near Raleigh, North Carolina.
In my previous life (aka before kids) I worked as Human Resource Manager for a company in the RTP area of North Carolina. For the past ten years I have combined my passion for writing and love of helping people together and writing resumes, cover letters, personal statements and other freelance writing projects (including web content and print articles). Prior to working as Full Time Resume Writer, I was in HUman Resources for nearly 10 years.
My belief is that a resume should be short, sweet and to the point. Hundreds of applicants apply for one position, and if your resume is overly long and doesn't make sense, it gets tossed in the trash can ( I know, I used to do it every day)!
